HOW WE WORK

First we schedule an appointment with you, and when possible with your spouse or partner, so we can meet one another and discuss your design project. At that time Barbara will be able to answer any questions you may have about our services, references, portfolio, Letter of Agreement, fee structures, required retainer and to discuss your budget.

Once the Letter of Agreement has been signed and the retainer is paid, we will begin the project. A master plan for the project will be developed and all designs and selections will be presented for your approval. If the project involves new construction or renovation, we can recommend architects and builders or we will work closely with yours.

It is our goal to make the design process as enjoyable as possible!
